5104: Slave trigger FIFO empty

Description:
Runtime error when cam automat is active (CMD_CAM_START) if the trigger FIFO for the slave axis is empty.

Reaction:
See error number 4008.

Cause/Remedy:
Trigger signal when FIFO size is 1 (CAM_SL_S_TRIG small) in connection with a large trigger window (CAM_SL_TRIG_WINDOW). When a trigger failure occurs, a replacement value is entered after the window position is exceeded.
